Location: Milton Keynes Hours: (3-5 days) We are a well established dental practice in the Milton Keynes area, seeking a dedicated Administrator /Treatment Coordinator to join our professional team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Handle phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and email correspondence efficiently. Coordinate treatment plans, explain procedures, and provide patients with detailed information on available services. Manage patient records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date. Process payments, including private patient billing and financing options. Maintain the reception area to a high standard, reflecting the practice's private and professional setting. Liaise with dentists and support staff to ensure the seamless delivery of care. Requirements: Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator or administrator is essential. Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
