An ambitious, dynamic and sustainable company who are based minutes from St Albans town centre are looking for an PA/ Office Manager to support the General Manager and the senior management team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing, ambitious company This role will suit an experienced, dynamic Office Manager/ PA with excellent organisational and communication skills. What’s in it for you Salary: Up to £35k Hours: Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm office based Breakfast, snacks, and great coffee, A very sociable culture with fun, nights out, 25 days holiday which rises with length of service up to 28 days, Bupa after 3 months, Pension Key responsibilities: Supporting the General Managers and their teams with PA activities as required Booking travel and accommodation Scheduling appointments and managing diaries Organise office operations and procedures Supporting with Office Management duties - Maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs Partner with HR to assist in the onboarding process for new hires and full employee life cycle Address employees queries regarding office management issues Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services Assisting with ongoing projects to help further integrate the business with parent company What they are looking for: Previous PA/ Office Manager experience Educated to Degree level Previous experience of working within process driven organisation Previous experience of managing heavy diary schedules, travel, meetings & events Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Outlook Experience of covering Facilities including knowledge around Health & Safety - dealing with contractors / maintenance Switched on, with lots of initiative Highly organised and efficient Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team High level of personal organisation and attention to detail A positive 'can-do' attitude with creative flair Red Door Recruitment is committed to encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
