Join Our Team as a Social Learning Support Worker We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Social Learning team and help empower people with learning disabilities in a supportive and rewarding environment. In this permanent role, you’ll support individuals to enhance their independence and engage in meaningful activities. Role: Social Learning Support Worker Hours: Part-time hours only, with flexible shifts (2-5 sessions per week) Shifts could range from 2x4 hour shifts to a 20-hour contract per week Days & Evening Shifts available, with flexibility in hours and shift times Shift Example: You may work consistent days each week such as: Tuesday: 10 AM - 4 PM Wednesday: 6 PM - 10 PM Saturday: 11 AM - 6 PM OR Wednesday: 10 AM - 2 PM Wednesday Night: 5 PM - 9 PM Friday: 10 AM - 4 PM Note: The specific shift times will vary based on the needs of the individuals you’re supporting and the activities they would like to engage in.
