Recycling Operative

iRecruit4 are seeking a hard-working and reliable Yard Operatives/Cleaners to join our team at a busy recycling plant. This role is physically demanding, requiring individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in all weather conditions. You will play a vital role in the recycling process, helping to ensure the smooth running of operations on-site. This role is not for the faint hearted and you will be working with Plastics, Paper and Cardboard. Benefits of the Recycling Operative: Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour. Monday to Friday Great working culture. Weekly Pay Options for Overtime. 07.00 - 17.00 Due to client requirements and location, candidates must have their own transport. Job Duties of the Recycling Operative: Sorting and processing recyclable materials efficiently and safely. Loading and unloading dirty materials onto bailers Maintaining cleanliness and order within the yard. Assisting with general maintenance tasks around the site. Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times. Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets. Requirements for the Recycling Operative: Physically fit and able to handle manual labour for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Previous experience in a similar role or environment is desirable but not essential. Ability to work 10-hour shifts with a positive and proactive attitude.
