MEASURED BUILDING SURVEYOR

We have a vacancy for a Measured Building Surveyor to work with our client involved in a variety of project types including Residential, Commercial, Retail and Industrial They are considering candidates with at least 1 years’ experience through to those with several years working in Measured Building Surveying. Your training and responsibilities will cover a wide range of project areas within Measured Building Surveying as well as the opportunity to gain experience within Land / Topographical Surveying. Projects including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Recycling Facilities, Landfill and Quarries. Requirements for experienced candidates: Possess a qualification within Surveying or similar Additional qualifications, such as CSCS and First Aid, would be advantageous. Measured Building / Topographical / Land Surveying experience Familiarity with scanning software Experience of Leica GPS and TPS equipment Some experience of LSS and AutoCAD software would be preferable. Ability to work in a team or autonomously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good IT skills. Full UK driving licence
