Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly experienced freelance Quantity Surveyor to join the offsite manufacturing division of a leading residential developer in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative environment as part of an established team. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will: Support the offsite manufacturing division by managing and placing orders efficiently. Ensure cost control, procurement, and contract management are executed to the highest standards. Collaborate with the existing team to deliver smooth and timely procurement processes. Leverage experience in modular construction (advantageous but not essential). About You The ideal candidate will: Be a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record in residential development or manufacturing. Have excellent communication and negotiation skills, ensuring successful collaboration with all stakeholders. Bring experience in modular construction or offsite manufacturing (preferred, but not mandatory). This role is offered inside IR35 only
