Job description Administrative support for different teams and colleagues Preparation and approval request of purchase orders (PO) in SAP Management of document signatures Follow-up of external contacts (such as purchase orders and contracts) Organization of GSW FAT tests on site Coordination of on-site trainings Planning and organization of business trips Profile - experience in administrative support of teams or colleagues - good knowledge of Dutch, English and French - communicative and accurate - stress-resistant Offer We offer you an interesting project until the end of 2025, possibly extendable Hybrid working is possible, minimum 3 days/week in the office at Huizingen Start as soon as possible
