VP of Quality, Patient Safety - Confidential Will take RN or Pharmacist This is a WI market-wide position - RN or Pharmacist. Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive quality and patient safety program aligned with the organization's strategic goals. Direct the development and implementation of evidence-based infection prevention practices across the system. Oversee regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission, NCQA). Provide visionary leadership in developing and executing strategies to continuously improve quality, safety, and patient outcomes. Collaborate with executive leadership to align quality and safety initiatives with overall organizational goals and objectives. Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality and safety data to drive performance improvement. Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the effectiveness of interventions. Qualifications: RN, MSN, PharmD, or PhD in a healthcare-related field; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 10 years of progressive leadership experience in quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance within a large healthcare system. Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement methodologies, patient safety principles, and regulatory requirements. Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical processes, and evidence-based practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proven ability to lead and influence multidisciplinary teams in a complex healthcare environment. Strategic thinking and execution. Data-driven decision making. Collaborative leadership
