Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR NO WEEKEND RTO FOR THIS POSITION REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years Minimum Experience, but would prefer more years Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: Inpatient, ER, Adult ICU Client & Siemens Scanner Use is a MUST DO NOT SEND IF NO SIEMENS Some Trauma CT Procedure Experience: Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, Multiplanar Reconstruction Certs: BLS, ARRT(R) and ARRT (CT) REQUIRED PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: Skills: Outpatient, IV Starts, PACS, Contrast, Visage JOB DETAILS: RATIOS: Daily Caseload: 150-200 Scans; 4 Rooms SHIFT: 36 Hours can be offered Unit Will Accept 13 Weeks 12 HOUR NIGHTS (Friday-Sunday Block) 7:45p to 8:15a NO WEEKEND RTO FOR THIS POSITION Call Requirement: NONE Floating Requirement: NONE WEEKEND SCHEDULE: FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: This is in the emergency department on a Siemen's scanner doing routine ED patients, also Code Stroke and some trauma patients. VERY FAST PACED On first shift we typically have 4-5 techs. Second shift after 5pm there are typically 2-3 techs. Third shift there is 2 techs. Weekends we have 3 techs. Typical case load for one tech in an 8-hour shift is anywhere from 8-12 patients. SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Siemens Scanner, Client.
