Job Title: EchoVascular Technician (Dual Certification) Job Specialty: Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00) Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks Experience: At least 1 year required License: Must have a South Carolina license in hand or pending at the time of submission Certifications: RVT/RDCS-Adult, RCS/RVS, and BLS Must-Have: Radiation Badge Job Description: - Adhere to a consistent 5-day work schedule, Monday through Friday, with primary hours from 08:00 to 16:00. - Travel to two locations—four days at a main health facility and one day every week (preferably Thursday) at a different designated facility. - Handle a daily caseload of 6-8 patients. - Weekend work is required every third Saturday, from 08:00 to 12:00, at the primary health facility. - Potential floating between service lines and sister facilities with one day of work expected at a secondary location. - Local applicants are accepted with certain conditions, primarily within a 60-mile radius. - Compliance with mandatory health safety measures, including flu vaccination, with medical or religious exemptions only. - Completion of orientation requirements with 16 hours dedicated to initial training. - Participate in modules pre-start, which average approximately 4 hours, to ensure readiness. - Awareness of potential emergency response assignments during hurricane season, from June through November. - Open to flexible scheduling adjustments upon manager's approval, depending on unit needs.
