Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of private clients, delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, offering tailored tax planning solutions Leading and mentoring a team, providing training and technical guidance Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of tax returns prepared by junior staff Keeping up to date with tax legislation and advising clients accordingly Working closely with Partners and Directors to drive business growth Skills & Experience: CTA/ACA/ATT qualification desirable At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge of personal tax Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering tax planning advice Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities At Crowe Watson, we specialise in matching skilled professionals with leading accountancy firms.
