Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions using .NET technologies. - Define and document application architecture, including system design, data models, and integration points. - Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams. - Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, design patterns, and security principles. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment. - Lead and manage technical projects, including budget, timeline, and resource allocation. - Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects within budget and scope. - Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team.
