Experience & Qualification : MCA/ B./B.Tech (IT /CS/ ECE). Experience - 4-7 Years. - Should have excellent communication skills. Technical Competencies : - Advanced SQL. - Basic Excel and Advanced Excel. - Strong knowledge of SDLC (agile, waterfall model) STLC. - Knowledge of tracking tools like JIRA. - Proficient in HTML/CSS. - Personal Attributes. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams. - Strong interpersonal, analytical & problem-solving skills. Responsibilities : - Responsible for medium to high complexity Impact Analysis or change request analysis of client requirements and preparing Analysis Documents. - Outlining the changes in the system as per client requirements. - Responsible to do the configuration through SQL and its unit and integration testing related to the client implementation. - Responsible for Test management, performing testing, test planning, defect logging, and management. - Developing comprehensive end-to-end test cases at the application and multi-application levels, to ensure that business, technical, and functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC. - Adherence to SLAs and targets. - Should be able to estimate the work given with a fair degree of accuracy. - Mentoring team members and new hires by providing adequate guidance to run the projects. - Driving Process improvement.
