The ideal candidate is a data-driven decision-maker, passionate about problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will play a key role in defining business strategies, optimizing operations, and driving data-backed decision-making across functions. Key Responsibilities : - Data Analysis & Insights Generation : Analyze complex datasets using Advanced SQL, Python, and Data Visualization tools to extract valuable insights. - Strategy & Business Impact : Define, track, and refine key business metrics to improve decision-making across verticals. - Problem-Solving & Root Cause Analysis : Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions through deep-dive analysis. - Automation & Process Optimization : Drive automation initiatives for efficiency and scalability in business operations. - Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to influence data-driven strategies. - Experimentation & Hypothesis Testing : Leverage A/B testing and statistical techniques to measure impact and optimize performance. - Operational Efficiency : Continuously monitor business performance and proactively suggest Skills : - Technical Expertise : Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). - Analytical Mindset : Strong quantitative, logical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights. - Business Acumen : Understanding of business processes in Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Consumer Internet domains. - Attention to Detail : Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and precision in analysis. - Communication Skills : Strong storytelling ability to translate data insights into clear and compelling business narratives. - Entrepreneurial Mindset : Ability to take ownership, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Preferred Qualifications : - Education : B.Tech MBA (preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates). - Experience : 3 years in a high-growth startup or product-based company. - Knowledge of Automation & Scripting : Familiarity with Python-based automation frameworks. - Hands-on Exposure : Experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, or A/B testing is a plus.
