Manager - Information Technology

Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; a Master's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related field. - Proven experience in managing IT projects from planning through execution. - Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices. - Experience in budget management and financial forecasting. - Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, or others relevant to the industry. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies and services. - Proficient in software development lifecycle and methodologies. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with IT service management (ITSM) practices. - Certification in IT management or project management (e.g, PMP, ITIL) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology management. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and trends.
