Technical Experience with DevSecOps Pipeline frameworks and tools : - IDE like VS Code, Eclipse, IntelliJ Idea & Productivity plugins like copilot, Sonarqube plugins - Git based SCM like Gitlab, Github, Bitbucket - Secret Scanning tools like gityleaks - SAST tools like SoqarQube, semgrep, Coverity - SCA tools like Mend renovate, OWASP dep check for automated security debt reduction - Container Scanning tools like Trivy, Cloud based container scanners - DAST tools like burrp suite, netsparker, ZAP - Centralized Vulnerability management tool like Defect Dojo - Image repository like Nexus, InsightVM, cloud based repo llike ECR, ACR - IaC scanning tools like checknov, terrascan 2. Hands-on and rich experience in Containerization & related tools : - Docker - Minikube - Kubernetes(K8S) cluster and cloud based K8S like EKS, AKS - Ingress controllers like nginx, Istio, Kong - API Gateways - Load balancers for onprem and cloud - SSL/TLS Offloading - Certificate and Key managements - Secret management - Configuration management using config, terraform and security 3. Strong understanding and implementation experience in Business Intelligence tools like Metabase, BIRT, Jasper, Power BI, others 4. Implementation and usage experience of Monitoring & Observability frameworks : - Prometheus - Grafana - AWS CloudWatch - Azure Monitor 5. Expert in cloud technologies with hands-on experience on deploying applications using AWS, Azure cloud, GCP, and/or IBM cloud. Working experience with private clouds and private datacentres is a plus point. 6. Very good understanding of and experience implementing security protocols, network and infrastructure setup 7. Must have practised IAM administration and managed access control 8. Strong experience with Agile software development including Scrum and/or other methodologies. 9. Functional : - Fintech domain experience - Team building, mentoring and management - Effective collaboration & communication - Lean thinker, Agile practitioner, Build trust relationships, A go to personality - Must have architected, designed and implemented more than one DevSecOps project using well established non-proprietary tools - Must have architected, designed, and implemented more than one monitoring framework and business intelligence/analytics tool - Ability to quickly adapt with faster changing environment Position Summary : - The position would be part of the Transformation Platform Services team and will play a pivotal role overall orchestration of DevSecOps architecture, design, implementation, and maturity using the industry best practises. They will also be setting up the Observability frameworks for the uses cases of Technical monitoring, APM and Business monitoring. - The position involves in planning, setting up and managing the team of capable engineers for these two core functions. - While starting with platform services, the position requires to collaborate with other business service team to advocate and increase the adoption of matured DevSecOps practises and Observability services. - The position would be planning and working closely with Infrastructure and procurement team to setup a best in class highly available DevSecOps infrastructure ensuring developers speed increment and securing organization IPR and ensuring secured and quality and on time delivery. Roles & Responsibilities : - Primary responsibilities involve spearheading the DevSecOps and Observability services and framework of Platform Services - DevSecOps and Observability services architecture, design, implementation, team management and maturity - Setup and mature a robust, secure and adoptable build and deployment pipeline - Spearhead the containerization journey of the platform services and setup a framework to help business service containerization journey - Architect, design and collaborate with monitoring team to build a monitoring framework for business monitoring, technical monitoring and APM - Work closely with Product manager and program manager to create user stories related to these two focus areas - Build and manage team of engineers and architects of versatile experience for these two functions - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-up and sprint retrospective to help team achieve their day to day tasks - Participate in investigation and analysis of critical and complex issues of platform services as required - Co-create and Co-own Security framework with Engineering team - Responsible for driving innovation within the team and ensuring innovation becomes a culture of the platform service team - Ensure min 5% improvement in development speed YoY basis infused by DevSecOps - Ensuring not more than 10% (based on effort) of security bugs found in production for 2024-2025 by implementing robust security operations start from development through delivery - Collaborate and ensure seamless integration of platform services with business services - Communicate and collaborate with customers for project implementation at customer sites for these two functions - Writing architecture, design and other technical documents for different set of users and use cases of DevSecOps and Observability services - Training platform services team, business service team and customer on requirement basis.
