Requirements:

What You'll Do:

Communicate with customers about their vehicle service needs
Schedule service appointments to maximize efficiency
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs
Supervise service technicians and assist with department operations

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and delegation abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Education/Experience: One-year certificate from a college or technical school, 3-6 months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
