Job Description

St. Leonard has an exciting opportunity for a Life Enrichment Supervisor position.


Our beautiful 240-acre campus is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States. St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant.


Job Responsibilities:


The Life Enrichment Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the planning, developing, implementing and evaluating of a diversified wellness program based on resident needs, interests and present/past lifestyle. The wellness services are primarily for geriatric/older adult populations, who are in a variety of settings that may include other populations with special needs. The Life Enrichment Supervisor is responsible for resident and program documentation.

Education: 90-hour Basic Activity Course, OT, or OTA preferred or Certified Activity Specialist

Experience: Two years of experience in social or recreational programs in long-term care preferred.
