FP&A Manager Reed Finance are currently recruiting a talented FP&A Manager to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to play a key role in shaping our financial planning and analysis function. FP&A Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and efficiency. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategy. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management. FP&A Manager Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a managerial role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
