Lead Engineer - Generative AI

Job Role : GenAI Lead Engineer Job Location : PAN India Job type : Contract to hire Job Overview : GenAI Lead engineer designs and implements GenAI and artificial intelligence pilots/pocs/products. Responsibilities include selecting appropriate technologies (hybrid/multi-cloud) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with expertise in AI operations, and AI technologies, are key to success in this role. Responsibilities : - Develop/Implement and maintain the architectural blueprint for the Poc/Pilot - Implement innovative GenAI solutions working collaboratively with partner eco-system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement MVPs with agreed use cases (internal/external) in a controlled environment - Evaluate and select appropriate technologies - Conduct product / Use case demos with internal/external stakeholders as required - Lead the lifecycle of the GenAI use case as per the scope of the function - Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our AI : - Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field - Experience : 6 years - Proven experience as an AI Designer or similar role - Experience in Azure OpenAI LLMs - Proficiency in Python programming language - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Customer-centric, solution lead approach - Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Fluent in English. - Experience in any of the cloud platforms (Azure is preferred) (ref:hirist.tech)
