Oracle Consultant - Fusion/HCM Modules

Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Location : Chennai, Hyderabad , Pune , Bangalore (Hybrid Mode ) Shift : 11.00 A.M to 8.00 P.M ( ME Time ). Experience :7 years Role Type : Contract to Hire We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fusion HCM Performance and Goal Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a specific focus on Performance Management and Goal Setting processes. This role will involve working closely with HR teams to design, implement, and optimize performance evaluation frameworks, goal-setting methodologies, and aligning them with business objectives. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Performance and Goal Management modules. - Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to define performance management processes and ensure they align with organizational goals. - Implement performance appraisal systems, create goal-setting templates, and configure review cycles. - Provide system support for performance management modules, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions. - Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of performance management processes and suggest improvements. - Develop training materials and provide end-user training on Fusion Performance and Goal Management functionalities. - Manage integration of the performance system with other HR modules such as Compensation and Learning. - Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth system upgrades and : - 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on Performance Management and Goal Setting. - Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Performance and Goal modules, including configuration and implementation. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines (ref:hirist.tech)
