The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for leading financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, pricing analysis, and financial reporting to ensure efficient business operations. Reviews outcomes with an analytical mindset, develops thoughtful recommendations for strategic initiatives and provide cost management recommendations for business units. This role is hybrid, with working 2-3 days per week in our Conshohocken HQ.

Job Duties:

• Manages and develops strategic planning, performance metrics, management reporting, annual budgets, interim forecasts and financial analyses for AdaptHealth.
• Provides data governance and management of Tableau reporting.
• Identifies, executes and implements key process improvements to help drive efficiencies in financial planning and reporting.
• Serves as an integral member of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) design, implementation and configuration.
• Supports Oracle on a post go-live basis, including employee education and assistance.
• Participates in the financial modeling and due diligence efforts related to the company's ongoing M&A activities.
• Establishes and executes on a capital management program.
• Creates, enhances, and maintains financial forecasting and reporting models and key forecasting assumptions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Collaborates with department leaders to build their annual budgets and forecasts.
• Produces models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors.
• Develops and delivers ad-hoc analysis, trends, and associated recommendations for the leadership team.
• Analyzes financial and operational results to better understand company performance and utilizes Business Intelligence (BI) tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.
• Communicates to senior management the reasons behind performance and results and makes recommendations for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations.
• Prepares business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.
• Develops and maintains working knowledge of current HME products and services offered by the company.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and functions within the guidelines of HIPAA.
• Completes assigned compliance training and other educational programs as required.
• Maintains compliant with AdaptHealth's Compliance Program and applicable company policies, procedures, and patient protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university required
• Tableau and SQL experience a must
• Experience with Oracle EPM a plus
• Six (6) years of relevant work experience required in Finance and Accounting
• Two (2) years of management of FP&A function experience highly preferred
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license in the state of residence
