Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion. Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and support. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Reviewing work completed by team members and providing constructive feedback. Skills & Experience: ACA/ACCA qualified, part qualified or QBE. At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment . Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
