Key Responsibilities Leading and managing audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing technical guidance and support Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Identifying and implementing process improvements within the audit function Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively
