This role will focus on benefits in the enjoyment and partnership area and further enhancing the Walmart membership value proposition. You will have the opportunity to launch new benefits and categories, expand on existing ones, and work with external partners to bring unique and compelling offerings to Walmart members. You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, innovating new capabilities and collaborating cross-functionally to drive ambitious goals. In this role, you will Expand Walmart appeal by defining and delivering compelling entertainment and partner benefits. Develop and champion the product vision and strategy to align priorities across key stakeholders, including senior leadership. Lead critical discovery activities through in-depth market and customer research, both quantitative and qualitative, to uncover actionable insights and opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners to craft a strategic direction and product roadmap that solves customer needs while aligning with business objectives. Contribute to go-to-market strategies , manage risks, and scale capabilities to operate effectively at Walmart's scale. Lead cross-functional product development teams , including engineering and design, to deliver an exceptional product experience. You'll sweep us off our feet if You have proven experience in product partnerships , and adept at collaborating with external partners to launch integrated, seamless, and impactful experiences that drive strategic business priorities. You have strong technical acumen , skilled in building scalable platforms and comfortable engaging in technical discussions around architecture and integrations with both internal and external teams. You are passionate about product innovation and equally committed to developing new products and optimizing existing ones to enhance user experience and business impact. You have a customer-centric mindset : deeply focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences through data-driven insights and user-first execution. You embrace collaborative leadership and are a team player who excels at enabling cross-functional success, fostering alignment, and driving momentum as a strategic enabler and galvanizer. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
