About the job Business Development Representative Job Title: Remote Business Development RepresentativeJob Description:We are seeking a proactive and organized Work From Home Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage business development strategies, build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams. You'll enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional business growth and client service.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, identifying new business opportunities and addressing their needs.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business expansion.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and business goals are achieved.Drive business development efforts by identifying new markets, customer needs, and competitive strategies.Monitor client accounts and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.Facilitate regular communication with clients through meetings, calls, and emails to discuss potential opportunities.Gather client feedback and work with teams to implement solutions and improvements.Prepare and present business development reports, outlining client activities and growth outcomes.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in business development, client relations, or account management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficiency with CRM software and business development tools.Preferred Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience in a remote or distributed team environment.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Multilingual abilities are a plus.Knowledge of industry-specific projects and business strategies.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision), 401(k) plans, and paid time off.Flexible Work Arrangements: Options for remote work, flexible hours, and compressed workweeks.Professional Development: Training and career advancement opportunities.Performance Bonuses: Additional incentives based on performance.Employees will receive overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.Additional Information:This position requires legal U.S. work authorization.Remote position: Work from anywhere in the U.S.Flexible work hours may be available based on project requirements.
