Job Description
Job Summary: The Internal Sales Administrator at our client is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team. This includes tasks such as processing orders, generating quotes, managing customer accounts, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Process and track sales orders. Generate and send quotes to customers. Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information, tracking order history, and resolving customer issues. Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and creating reports. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in sales Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
