Question Pro - DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps/SRE Engineer with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Linux, strong scripting skills, and extensive experience in network protocols, databases, infrastructure management, and cloud environments. You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure coding, managing cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, and performance, and working with containerized environments. Key Responsibilities : - Linux System Expertise : Leverage your in-depth knowledge of the Linux operating system to manage and optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability. - Scripting & Automation : Use shell scripting and other languages like Python or GoLang for automation of tasks and configurations, improving operational efficiency. - Networking Protocols : Apply strong understanding of networking protocols, including DNS, HTTP(S), UDP/TCP, and SSL to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure. - Database Management : Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Elasticsearch, as well as SQL databases like MySQL or Postgres, to ensure data consistency and performance. - CI/CD Pipeline Implementation : Design, implement, and optimize continuous integration and delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins, ensuring seamless automation of software deployment processes. - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Use configuration management tools like SaltStack or Ansible to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management. - Load Balancing & Web Servers : Manage load balancers (e.g., HAProxy, Nginx) and web server technologies to ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance of applications. - Monitoring & Logging : Implement and manage monitoring and logging systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, APM, and other tools to ensure system health and performance. - Cloud Infrastructure Management : Utilize Azure Cloud for provisioning and managing infrastructure resources, ensuring compliance with best practices in cloud architecture. - Containerization : Work with containerized environments, including Docker and Kubernetes, to streamline development, deployment, and scaling of applications in a microservices architecture. - Infrastructure Migration : Lead real-time infrastructure migration projects, moving resources and applications between data centers to optimize performance, availability, and cost.
