Salesforce Solution Architect - Field Service Lightning

Key Responsibilities : - Architect and design comprehensive Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on Field Service Lightning (FSL). - Provide hands-on guidance in implementing best practices across Salesforce products, ensuring optimal design and performance. - Design solutions involving Salesforce integrations with other systems, such as ERP, Marketing Cloud, and third-party tools. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs focusing on FSL and broader Salesforce solutions. - Translate business requirements into technical designs, user stories, and workflows. - Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) to guide the project. - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers and consultants. - Drive project governance, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets. - Oversee and mentor development teams, ensuring quality and alignment with the proposed architecture. - Oversee custom development using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and advanced Salesforce configurations. - Work closely with cross-functional teams for ensuring project success - Coordinate with functional leads, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Provide technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce Cloud offerings such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL). - Manage escalations and ensure prompt resolution of issues. - Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the go-to expert for Salesforce solutions. Required Qualifications and Skills : - Mandatory certifications : Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and at least one Salesforce Architect certification (Application Architect or System Architect). - Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and FSL. - Proficiency in building custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Proven experience in large-scale Salesforce and FSL implementations with complex customizations and integrations. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including security, data modeling, integration patterns, and design principles. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Integrations, LWCs and other custom development. - Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies. - Ability to collaborate on multiple projects and ensure delivery within defined scope and timelines. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders and ensuring smooth project execution (ref:hirist.tech)
