Power BI Architect - ETL

Job Title : Power BI Architect Experience : 10-15 years Location : Pune (Hybrid Work Module Mandatory, PWFH not available). Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Power BI Architect to lead the development of data visualization and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, data transformation, and business intelligence (BI) best practices. Key Responsibilities : 1. Lead Power BI Solution Development : Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Power BI solutions to meet organizational needs. 2. Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and key performance metrics. 3. Data Modeling and Visualization : Design, develop, and optimize Power BI data models, reports, and dashboards to support analytics needs. 4. Data Visualization Strategy : Create effective data visualization strategies to enhance decision-making processes. 5. Data Engineering Collaboration : Work with data engineering teams to set up and manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. 6. Security Implementation : Implement row-level security and application security in Power BI. 7. Mentorship and Leadership : Lead and mentor other team members in Power BI and data visualization best practices. 8. Performance Tuning : Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Power BI reports and datasets. Requirements : 1. Experience : 12 years of experience in Power BI, data modeling, and business intelligence. 3. Position Type : Full-time. Nice to Have Skills : 1. Certifications : Power BI certification or related field. 2. Data Science Knowledge : Familiarity with data science concepts and tools. 3.
