Web/Data Analyst - Tableau/Power BI

Location : Bangalore. Salary : Up to 20 LPA. Experience : 7 years. Immediate joiner preferred/ less than 15 days notice period. Responsibilities : - Implement, manage, and maintain web analytics tracking across various digital channels (website, mobile apps, social media). - Analyze website traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement. - Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for website performance, user engagement, and marketing campaigns. - Conduct in-depth analysis of website data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders. - Analyze customer data from various sources (CRM, marketing automation, social media, etc.) to understand customer preferences, behavior, and journey. - Develop customer segmentation models to identify target audiences and personalize marketing campaigns. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. - Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement. - Create compelling data visualizations (dashboards, reports, infographics) to communicate complex data effectively. - Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools to present findings in an interactive and engaging manner. - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the client's business objectives and marketing strategies. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business goals into data-driven initiatives. - Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness, customer experience, and business performance. - Manage and execute data analysis projects from inception to completion. - Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity throughout the analysis process. - Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in web analytics and data analysis. Skills & Qualifications : - 7 years of experience in web analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence. - Strong proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Adobe Analytics. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Experience with SQL and other data querying languages. - Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (desirable). - Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing domain (preferred). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
