Job Description
Responsibilities Identify potential clients in the target market and conduct appropriate research on their business needs. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Present, promote, and sell IT products/services using strategic pitches. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure Monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps. Achieve personal sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. Provide feedback to the company on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our IT solutions Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business Requirements: A relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field. 4 years plus of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience in IT sales is preferred
