Job Description
Minimum requirements: Bilingual (Afrikaans & English read, speak, write). Valid drivers license. 3 years experience in a similar role and/or experience working as a production coordinator in the manufacturing industry. Proficient in all Microsoft applications. High regard for quality assurance. Ability to manage multiple projects/orders at a time. Ability to work independently, but still within a team to reach targets/goals. Personality Traits: Good interpersonal skills and strong leadership skills. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding and ability to plan and coordinate. Duties and responsibilities: Complete daily job/production cards. Analyse productivity of employees through job cards. Coordinate orders with lead time. Review production schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time. Coordinate orders with the Dispatch Department. Load orders into the CRM system and manage accordingly. Prepare monthly production reports. Analyse cost-effectiveness of production processes.
