Ensure that Customer requirements are met with regards to Geometry and Quality Minimum Requirements: Grade 12/NQF level 4 Qualified Toolmaker/Millwright Tertiary qualification in TQM Practical Job-related experience requirements Min 5 years as a Quality Process Engineer OR 5 years Toolmaker OR Millwright experience 3 years manufacturing experience 3 years working experience in the use of Quality Core Tools: SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control plans & Six Sigma Green Belt Knowledge required Quality systems and concepts Manufacturing processes Customer Specific Requirements Understanding of a measuring report (robotic assembly of steel and aluminum automotive components) Core Tool : FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control plans and Six Sigma Green Belt
