Contract Engineer

Qualifications: BSc or Beng in Civil Engineer Eng Registration with ECSA CPM Registration with SACPCMP will be an advantage Minimum 10 years working experience in Contract administration as “Engineer, Principal Agent or similar Experience in Contract Engineer on SANRAL projects is non-negotiable Thorough working knowledge of Conditions of Contract (FIDIC 1999, NEC 210/2015 and JBCC) Thorough working knowledge of specification and Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANA 1200, project specific etc) Proficient Microsoft Office skill required Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills Excellent client relations skills In addition to the above is required to submit his experience on three of his recent projects (10 years ago) which complies with all of the parameters below Relevance of Experience (Position Held) The applicant is required to have experience in at least one of the following Positions (indicant positions held for each of the three projects) Contract Engineer Project Leader Contract Engineer (Toll) Contract Manager (Toll) Resident Engineer (Less preferred) Relevance experience (Client) The experience should be with Client bides being either south African National Roads and / or Concessionaire and / or Provincial Authority (Indicate relevant client body for each of three projects) Relevance of experience
