SAP PS Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP PS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Financial Accounting and SAP, with strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) and a proven ability to work in consultative project engagements. The role involves end-to-end implementation, issue resolution, and user support functions, ensuring smooth integration with related modules such as CO, FI, MM, SD, and PP. Key Responsibilities : SAP PS Implementation : - Manage end-to-end SAP PS implementations across various domains (e., Banking, Manufacturing, Civil, etc. - Configure and maintain PS structures, including : 1. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). 2. Networks and Milestones. 3. Cost Planning and Budgeting. 4. Material Requirement Planning. 5. Project Quotations, Time Sheets, and Goods Issues. - Ensure seamless completion of the PS module cycle, from project creation to settlement. Integration and Configuration : - Provide expertise in integrating SAP PS with other modules : 1. CO (Controlling) 2. FI (Financial Accounting) 3. MM (Materials Management) 4. SD (Sales and Distribution) 5. PP (Production Planning) - Utilize best practices and SAP functionalities to enhance system performance. Issue Resolution and Support : - Manage issue-handling processes and deliver support for SAP PS functions. - Conduct user requirements gathering, blueprinting, and documentation of design solutions. RTR and Finance Processes Knowledge : - Expertise in key Record-to-Report (RTR) structures, including : 1. New General Ledger Accounting 2. Bank Accounting (Pay-to-Reconcile Cycle). 3. Accounts Payable (Purchase-to-Pay Cycle). 4. Asset Accounting and Project Systems. 5. Tax Accounting Collaboration and User Training : - Collaborate with client executives, business users, and IT teams to ensure project success. - Train end-users on SAP PS functionalities and best practices. Key Skills and Qualifications : Technical Skills : - Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP PS module and related structures. - Proficiency in integration with CO, FI, MM, SD, and PP modules. - Experience with configuration and customization of SAP PS functionalities. - Strong understanding of RTR processes and associated SAP functionalities. Experience : - Minimum of 5.5 years of SAP PS experience. - Must have completed at least two end-to-end implementations. - Proven expertise in managing full PS module cycles, from project creation to settlement. Soft Skills : - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. - Ability to document and present SAP PS designs and workflows clearly. Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related fields is preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
