Project Manager - Oracle ERP/Cloud Modules

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : 1. Lead Oracle ERP implementation and maintenance projects, with a focus on Oracle Cloud SaaS & PaaS platforms. 2. Evaluate business and project requirements, formulate detailed project plans, and effectively communicate parameters, policies, and processes. 3. Establish and manage project ecosystems, including building and leading cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. 4. Manage project lifecycles for both development and maintenance initiatives, adhering to estimation methodologies and quality processes. 5. Apply project planning, scheduling, task management, and resource coordination to meet objectives and timelines. 6. Utilize a strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies to ensure project success. 7. Drive large-scale projects involving on-premises technology and public cloud platforms. Required Qualifications : Experience : 1. At least 12 years of experience with Oracle ERP. 2. Minimum 5 years in a project management role, specifically in Oracle Cloud SaaS & PaaS platforms. 3. Expertise in project estimation methodologies, quality assurance, and execution processes. 4. Proven ability to work with business and technical subject matter experts to deliver results. 5.Hands-on experience with formal presentations, whiteboarding, and managing both small and large group discussions. Preferred Qualifications : 1. Experience working with public sector clients. 2. Knowledge of programming languages, architecture frameworks, and design principles. 3. Proficiency in establishing and enforcing principles, procedural guidelines, and standards for Oracle ERP teams. (ref:hirist.tech)
