Quality Assurance Engineer - API Testing

Location : Pune Experience : 4 to 6 years Job Description : We are seeking a QA Engineer with strong expertise in Python API testing and Storage technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test scripting, execution, troubleshooting, and reviewing test scripts. Key Responsibilities : API Testing with Python : - Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Python. - Troubleshoot and debug test failures, ensuring high-quality API performance. - Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of Domain Expertise : - Hands-on experience in SAN/NAS/Virtualization/Object storage/Linux environments. - Validate storage performance, scalability, and reliability through automated testing. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of storage Automation Frameworks : - Experience with Pytest or similar frameworks for automation testing. - Design and maintain test frameworks to enhance automation efficiency. - Improve test coverage and optimize automation Script Review & Quality Assurance : - Review and refine existing test scripts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. - Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, defects, and resolutions. - Identify and implement best practices in software testing.
