Product Manager : Company Description : Chat360 is a funded technology startup that offers omnichannel conversational commerce for enterprises across geographies. It leverages Chatbots and AI-powered solutions with a powerful analytics engine to help businesses generate more leads, enhance customer retention, and automate customer support and marketing initiatives through platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, etc. We have handled more than 1 million chats successfully and have impacted 10 industries so far by implementing conversational commerce. The founding team consists of the alumni of the London Business School and IIT. Chat360 is backed by $150M group and has several leading enterprises and companies as its client. Responsibilities : Product Strategy : - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Chat360 aligned with the company's overall goals. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies relate to chat and communication platforms. Product Development : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and QA to define product features and specifications. - Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely and quality delivery of features. User Experience : - Advocate for an exceptional user experience by understanding user needs and incorporating feedback into product enhancements. - Work closely with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces and seamless interactions. Market Analysis : - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences. - Analyse customer feedback, support requests, and usage data to make informed decisions about product improvements. Roadmap Planning : - Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. - Communicate the roadmap to internal teams and stakeholders. Launch and Marketing : - Coordinate product launches, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective product positioning and promotion. - Support the development of marketing collateral and sales materials. Metrics and Analytics : - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for Chat360 and regularly analyse metrics to assess product performance. - Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product. Stakeholder Communication : - Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate with customer support to address user concerns and inquiries. Requirements : - Computer Engineering preferred. - Proven experience as a Product Manager in the software or tech industry. - Strong understanding of chat and communication platforms. - Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
