Job Description

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. - Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. - Provide technical guidance and solutions, leveraging your strong Java expertise to support the team. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met. - Risk Management : Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Champion Agile methodologies, conducting sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. - Oversee code quality, ensure adherence to coding standards, and contribute to complex problem-solving. Technical Expertise : - Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful API development. - Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular/React is a plus. - Proven experience in managing large-scale software projects. - Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively. - Experience in mentoring junior team members. - Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project. Soft Skills : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Preferred : - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes. (ref:hirist.tech)
