Job Title : ERP Developer - SAP FICO Location : Pune, India Experience Required : 3 Years Looking for Immediate Joiners only Job Description : We are looking for an experienced ERP Developer with a specialized skill set in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing ERP systems and ensuring seamless finance system development. This role is essential to support our growing finance system projects and deliver high-quality, consistent results for our business operations. As an ERP Developer - SAP FICO, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient financial systems management, supporting operational and strategic objectives, and collaborating with senior ERP team members on both complex configurations and project priorities. Key Responsibilities : Enhance Bandwidth with Specialized SAP FICO : - Leverage your expertise in SAP FICO to support the ERP Engineering team, helping manage high volumes of work while ensuring quality and consistency in financial system and Execute Finance System Projects : - Assist in prioritizing and executing finance system projects, ensuring timely delivery of key deliverables as expected by the Finance leadership. - Help accelerate progress while maintaining a high standard of work. Support Operational and Strategic Balance : - Handle operational tasks to allow senior ERP team members to focus on strategic initiatives and more complex configurations. - Balance short-term operational needs with long-term strategic goals for the organization. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams : - Work closely with other internal teams (finance, IT, and operations) to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the proper integration of SAP FICO within the existing systems. Continuous System Improvement : - Regularly evaluate and suggest improvements to the SAP FICO system to enhance performance, address new requirements, and keep the system aligned with evolving business needs. Troubleshooting and Support : - Provide timely resolution for any issues related to SAP FICO, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Offer ongoing support for users in the finance and accounting teams. Skills and Experience Required : - Minimum 3 years of experience as an ERP Developer, specifically in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling). - Strong understanding of the SAP FICO module, including integration with other SAP modules. - Proven experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP FICO systems within an enterprise environment. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines and project milestones. - Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions for financial system challenges. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams. - Experience in handling finance system projects, working closely with senior team members on project planning and execution. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or similar modern ERP systems is a plus.
