AEM Developer - Backend & Frontend Technologies

Key Responsibilities : AEM Development : - Design, develop, and deploy web applications and components using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - Customize and extend AEM templates, components, workflows, and services. - Develop responsive, SEO-friendly, and accessible websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as ReactJS or AngularJS. - Optimize AEM-based solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability. System Integration : - Integrate AEM with third-party applications, APIs, and services such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, or analytics tools. - Configure and manage AEM workflows to automate content publishing processes. - Implement AEM Dispatcher configurations for caching and content delivery. Content Management : - Collaborate with content authors and marketers to enable efficient use of AEM's content authoring tools. - Assist in setting up and managing AEM's content repository, ensuring best practices for asset management. Testing and Troubleshooting : - Conduct unit testing and performance testing to ensure robust and error-free applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including debugging complex integrations. Documentation and Collaboration : - Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides. - Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Required Skills : Technical Skills : AEM Expertise : - Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager 6.x or higher, including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Workflows. - Proficiency in Sling Models, OSGi Services, and JCR (Java Content Repository). - Experience with HTL (HTML Template Language) and AEM Components development. Front-End Development : - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with front-end frameworks like ReactJS, VueJS, or AngularJS. Back-End Development : - Strong experience with Java and J2EE frameworks. - Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs and SOAP services. DevOps and Tools : - Experience with version control systems like Git, and build tools like Maven or Gradle. - Familiarity with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes for CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Adobe Cloud Manager is a plus. Other Skills : - Strong analytical and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Adobe certifications, such as Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer or similar, are highly desirable. - Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service is a plus. - Familiarity with integrating Adobe Analytics, Target, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
