MS CRM/Dynamics 365 Architect - Customer Engagement Solutions

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect with expertise in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Microsoft technologies and in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities, ensuring high-quality delivery of CRM solutions tailored to client needs. Key Responsibilities : Solution Design & Architecture : - Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE-based solutions to meet business and technical requirements. - Perform fit-gap analysis of customer requirements and recommend the best-fit solution. - Define the architecture of Dynamics CE applications, ensuring scalability and performance optimization. Development & Customization : - Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and extensions of Dynamics 365 CE. - Implement Dynamics CRM deployment processes and troubleshoot complex issues. - Oversee performance tuning of Dynamics 365 implementations for optimal results. Project Management & Execution : - Manage and execute Dynamics 365 CE projects, ensuring on-time delivery with quality standards. - Estimate project requirements, resources, and timelines effectively. - Ensure compliance with best practices and standards for solution implementation. Integration & Data Migration : - Execute data integration and migration projects seamlessly between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems. - Design and implement upgrade strategies for Dynamics CE solutions. Pre-Sales & RFP/RFI : - Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise in responding to RFPs/RFIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations. Required Skills : Technical Expertise : - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including capabilities and extensibility. - Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE design, development, and customization. - Proficiency in deployment processes and upgrade implementation approaches. - Hands-on experience with data migration, data integration, and system performance tuning. Microsoft Technologies : - Solid foundation in Microsoft technologies with experience in .NET Framework 4.0, C#, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with frameworks such as MVC, Entity Framework, and Enterprise Library. Additional Knowledge (Good to Have) : - Understanding of Microsoft Azure and its integration with Dynamics 365 CE. - Knowledge of DevOps project implementation processes. - Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Capability to lead and mentor teams effectively. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 10 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, with at least 2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE-based solution design. - Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
