Haptiq - Senior Technical Manager - Solution Implementation

Key Duties and Responsibilities : - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business goals and requirements. - Understand and communicate end-to-end solutions that address complex business challenges. - Evaluate and recommend appropriate processes, tools and technologies for effective delivery of IT solutions - Lead and guide development teams in implementing the proposed solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards - Identify and mitigate risks related to solution architecture and implementation. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members. - Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions on time and within budget. - Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. - Recommend and implement new processes and tools to speed delivery and improve delivery quality - Develop, measure, and manage key metrics for group's performance SKILLS, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE : - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent. - 10 years of technology industry experience, preferably in an IT service company - Strong enterprise architecture background (processes, data, methodologies, frameworks, security) - Experience across multiple application tech stacks (Frontend, backend, data and infrastructure). - ReactJS/NodeJS/RoR and relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL and non-relational databases such as MongoDB and others are a plus. - Demonstrated ability to make well-informed decisions under pressure - Tech stack - Java/Spring, all that, Ruby/Rails, NodeJS, Python, .NET, React/Angular for front-end, Mobile (Swift/Koitlin/React Native) - Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams - Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
