As an RN Nurse Supervisor, you’ll:

• Lead nursing care and oversee assessments, care plans, and interdisciplinary collaboration.


• Mentor, evaluate, and support nursing staff to ensure quality care.


• Administer treatments and medications while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.


• Be the go-to resource for residents, families, and team members.


• Make a real impact every day by fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

What You Bring:
Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
License & Certification: Active Kentucky RN license and current CPR certification.
Experience: Long-term care experience is preferred, but passion for caregiving is a must!
