Then this is the job for you Volt is immediately hiring for an Electronics Test Technician in Orlando FL. This is a full time contingent opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Electronic Technician degree or equivalent with a good understanding of RF communications Experience in Land Mobile Radio (LMR) industry preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate issues, impacts, and corrective actions. Proficiency in measuring devices and test equipment Demonstrated ability to read schematics and specifications Good understanding on how to troubleshoot PCBA’s to the component level Ability to work in teams and to think/act quick on their feet Must understand basic principles of Lean Manufacturing Excellent RF, electronic troubleshooting skills, and component level troubleshooting Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision as well as collaboratively with others. Strong attention to detail, good communication and leadership skills. Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to peers and company management. Proficiency with standard business software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word. Work with test equipment, spectrum analyzers, Oscilloscope, Measuring receiver, and signal generator.
