Formulation Technician

Formulation Technician Degree: - AS or BS degree in Chemistry or Life Sciences with relevant experience . “Must haves” for this role -Formulations experience with Liquid or solid formulation -Weigh chemicals and raw materials. -Perform conversion calculations- mg/ml to Kg/l -Measure aqueous solutions -Prior batch making experience in Food, Pharma or Chemical industries. Experience/knowledge with Formulation sheet. Duties/Responsibilities: - Maintains production area in a clean & orderly manner consistent with GMP's - Handles Biological Materials and Hazardous materials - Performs tank clean out, sterilization and maintenance - Prepares glassware, filters & any other production materials needed for production runs. -Able to follow production schedules for production runs. quality procedures. -Operates centrifuges, filtration equipment, pH meter, balances, mixers -SAP or other enterprise managing software experience preferred Hours: 1st shift 7:00am to 3:30pm
