Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Electrical Design Engineer (Senior) Salary: Up to £60k Per annum Tenure: Permanent Location: Pontefract Metalis are currently working with an established manufacturing company who specialize in bespoke equipment. Our client is looking to add a Electrical Design Engineer (Senior) to their team in Pontefract. The role will be essential to help support the Design team by taking on the responsibility of delivering designs. The Role: Preparing Electrical calculations, design, and equipment specifications Design of control panels Detailed design of LV electrical solutions Technical reviews of contractor's proposals and on-site Inspections of the installation of building systems and maintenance and operating procedures Liaising closely with other professionals, including, clients, mechanical engineers, contractors of in-house and external project teams Attending Technical Meetings Using CAD software, including Solidworks and Autocad The Person: Experience in design of electrical LV Power and distribution and /or Control systems Continuous improvement mentality and receptive to change Knowledge of legislation, standards, safe working practices, and environmental best practiceThe Details: Up to £60k per annum Pontefract Permanent position If you have experience within Electrical Design, it would be great to discuss further.
