Multi trade

We are looking for Multi traders in the Bristol and Bath areas, working on social housing repairs and maintenance. You will receive £23 per hr, fuel, 40 hrs a week, and weekly pay. As the Multi trade you will be responsible for: • Repairs and maintenance within occupied properties• Liaising with tenants• Working off a PDA system The Multi trade person will receive in return: •£23 per hour • Guaranteed 40 hours per week• No Call-Outs Fuel allowance (door to door) The successful Multi trade person will: • Skills in carpentry and minor plumbing.• Social Housing Experience• Own vehicle and tools If you are interested in the Multi trade role please apply online or call Kelsea on .
