We have a vacancy for a Executive Personal Assistant with a Vehicle dealership in Pretoria. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Personal Assistant to Director / Executive level Must be bilingual – Afrikaans and English Matric and/or Tertiary education Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure and overtime as required Responsibilities and duties: Diary Management Travel Planning & Itinerary Design Research and Information summary Documents & Materials Design Inbox Management Filing and Data Backup Contacts management Presentation design Minutes taking Action item follow up Event coordination Project Management, including budgeting and assisting with implementation Written and verbal communication on behalf of the Director’s Lifestyle management Basic bookkeeping Office management Admin support team leading Editing/proofreading PR & Networking for organization/boss Organization Time management Setting productivity systems to save time
